This is about the company in general. Stay away from this company. This was the worst experience and car mechanics I have ever had. First mechanic diagnosed my car that costed me $89.99. Chris was not sure what the problem was. I had to ask him whether he checked first mechanic report. The problem was an alternator that needed to be replaced which was listed in the first mechanic report. I had to take my car to a real mechanic. Then, the warranty department (go by the same Sam) called me saying they walked away from the vehicle. Customer service is ridiculous and they just want milk $$ out of you. If there was 0 star as an option, I would select it. Totally rude and unprofessional.
