This was our first experience with YourMechanic, and Chris was great! Contacted us and asked permission to arrive earlier than scheduled (awesome), and got right to work. Completed the job and was 100% self-sufficient. We will definitely recommend YourMechanic and Chris to everyone.
I am very pleased with my first experience with Chris. He was on time. After I gave him my car keys, he took care of business while I continued my work in my home office. He did a great job on my car and I look forward to working with Chris in the future on all my auto repair & service needs.
Chris inspected a 2008 Audi TT that I considered buying. He was incredibly thorough. I couldn't be there for the inspection, so he called me afterward and went through his notes, presenting everything impartially. He also described the salesman's responses to his comments. He told me what repairs I could expect to come up, how much they would cost, and, ultimately, how much the car was probably worth. He also addressed some specific concerns I had about that year and model. He did more than I expected, faster than I expected, and for less than I expected. In short, my experience with Chris at YourMechanic was spectacular.
