Patrick is awesome. Showed up on time and was done in 20 min. Had serpentine drive belt put back on. Professional, knowledgeable and a super cool guy. Very satisfied. Thank you!

Good communication from tech but he spent only 15 minutes with the car. Test drive was about .2 of a mile. Down to the stoplight and a U turn He got to the dealership before I did and before his scheduled time for the review of the car. Scheduled time was 12:30p and he was there before 12p. I showed up at the dealership at 12p. He was given the wrong car by the dealer so he had to change to the car I wanted. I have used this service many times and this was the least amount of time spent with the car that I have experienced by a tech. He seemed to be in a hurry to go and had a women waiting for him outside the dealership. Lunch date I guess.
