He was great. Super knowledgeable and friendly
As a single mom with absolutely nothing to squander away in time, money and patience with much of the auto industry, I was sincerely apprehensive on trying this service out. However, within 10 minutes of Chris' *early* arrival, I was elated and relieved. Everything was explained to me, services that werent needed were relayed and removed from the bill, he was willing to show me the hows, explain to me the whys and totally satisfied all my queries with professional tact and patience. I dont want anyone else handling my car from here on out. Chris rocks. PS I never rate any service all 10s. Ever.
