Jay, was professional and on time, he actually let me know I still had more life on brakes and they really didn’t need replacement just yet. He cleaned them up well and informed me about keeping an eye on my battery and keeping some mice or rats out of engine area, as we noticed some mouse feces and insulation they were trying to nest with. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks Jay
He changed my front brakes and then recommended my back brakes to replace. i asked if he could see the brake back brake pads properly to recommend it he said yup.... so i scheduled a back brake replacement and the back brakes were 80% pad left. No mention that he screwed up or give me a labor discount. typical bandit. I tried asking him question towards the end of the write up and he just ignored me and basically took off without having the backbone to tell me the brake job was wasted money or wanting to talk about anything else going on with the car. My transmission fluids leaking all over the place after having two mechanics and 3 services check everything out before i went cross country.
