Took all the safety precautions before starting the work. Rodric replaced a bad fuel pump in my 2001 Audi A6 4.2 v8 in about an hour which is accurate. Very knowledgeable when explaining what he was doing.
Jay was seriously awesome. He showed up early, got straight to work, and my car was up and running again very quickly. Jay was extremely helpful with recommending services and repairs that needed to be done to my vehicle. He really went above and beyond and I'll definitely be recommending him to friends and family.
