Everyone says European cars maintenance especially electrical can be a headache. Not for Alex, inspected a variety of components from the inside and out of my Mercedes and figured out a short to my starter. Awesome job Alex, can't wait to see you soon for more maintenance for my other cars
This was to be my second encounter with Jay. The first I was able to bare through, because the repair outweighed any opinion I had of him. This time revealed more of his true character. God forbid you retain any knowledge of auto repairs yourself and purpose a solution to the task at hand, just be prepared to be shut down at every turn. Sure, every case is handled differently, i get it, fool me once, fool yourself if you think I would put up with the level of uncalled for disrespect and unprofessionalism that parted this mans lips. I had no choice but to send him packin.
