Jay was very helpful in explaining what was needed to fix the problem . I am not allowed to work on vehicles at the place I live. So Jay did my inspect at a food4less parking lot.. Now that I would call going the extra mile

Jay contacted that he would be late and I appreciated the call. Prior to working on the car he made sure that parts were correct and that the problem wasn't something else. Work was completed on time and he also provided other services that the car may need in the future.
