He showed up a few minutes early but waited for me to get there with a cheerful attitude. Very nice guy and very professional.
I requested a ignition coil replacement, Carlos did a good job and finished earlier than I expected.
Marco was great, but getting my 10am -10:30am original appointment time pushed back to 11am-11:30am, then to 4pm-4:30pm, then to 5pm was hard to accept.
Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, doesn't leave until you are satisfied.
Steven was on-time arrived at the appointment. He is very knowledgeable in regard to performing his job. He is pleasant to work with and I will use him again in the near future.
