Did a simple transmission service and gave me back the keys and said I need a new transmission. Wouldn't shift into drive. Took it to a transmission shop and they found this genius damaged one of the solenoid, didn't clean out the pan and still had metal shavings, used a wrong cheap aftermarket filter and didn't install the gasket properly resulting in the pan leaking. After $700 the SUV runs fine and there was nothing wrong with the transmission other than what this idiot did.
