This was not an easy job and Mike managed to get the job done in spite of the obstacles. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected but Mike stuck with it until the job was done.
Chris was knowledgeable, quick to assess the problem, had great advice and discussion of options, and was thorough, polite and professional. He helped us understand the issue with the old truck so we could mad the best decision to get repairs. Thanks to Chris, I will always be using this service in the future!
Very efficient & thorough. Kept me well inform on what was expected to be done. Had parts with him when he arrived. He was on time & informative on his arrival time. Did job he was able to do & informed me when other parts were required & what type of part I needed to complete the job. He got right to work upon arrival & cleaned up when finished. Needed better referral information for other parts.otherwise, I was completely happy with his service. His rate was a little high, yet I don't have a estimation of cost except from one other service.
