Was friendly and explained everything to me. He went above and beyond to help me out and he did it in a timely manner. I would absolutely hire him again to work on my Audi.
Happily he showed up early, was very knowledgeable about needing to keep power to the system to avoid a lock up upon starting it again. Nothing but professional attitude, and very courteous throughout the entire expierence. Always a pleasure to meet great person like this.
