Great Job Trevor
Good experience
Trevor is a nice enough guy but we had trouble locating the EVA)P pressure sensor. He made some calls and I spent a good 30 minutes on the computer trying to find a schematic or tutorial that showed the location for the 2010 E350. In the end it wasn't resolved. Consequently I have to take the Mercedes into the shop for final repairs. I would highly recommend that a mechanic review the job and beforehand and and make sure everything is in order. Thanks, Wes
He was a very nice and polite guy. The appointment was for him to put a new NSSwitch on my car. After he lifted the car and looked at it. He told me it wasn't the neutral safety switch, it was the bushings and that he couldn't fix it. That the interior would have to be pulled out to get to it. Then I was charged $60 for nothing. I had my car towed to a German auto shop and they did a full inspection and it was the NSSwitch. They fixed it for $195. Also they cancelled on me the first appointment and pushed me back a day. So I was bummed. Having to go through that trouble and get it towed which I was trying to avoid. When it could have just been fixed when he was there. I feel that I deserve to have my $60 returned. I'll show you guys the work order of the repair if needed. Thanks.
