Great guy to talk to. Understood Toyota's and the need to perform a quality pre-inspection before purchase. There is never a guarantee that something might happen when you drive off the lot, however having a seasoned mechanic give it a detailed look is worth the money. Very pleasant, polite, prompt and professional. Thank you!
