Pleasantly surprised. I wasn't sure what to expect because I usually take my car to a local auto repair shop. When the price quoted seemed outrageous, I decided to look online. I really didn't know what would be the outcome, but I decided I had nothing to lose. Needless to say, I am glad I "shopped" the way I did. Godwin was friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions. He called ahead and was able to come earlier than the original appointment. He diagnosed the problem, tracked down the parts, and was able to fix my window in the same day! 100% satisfied!
I am waiting to hear back from Godwin. This was a second call on a problem with the window on my Tahoe. I understood that Godwin would get back to me regarding replacing the rubber around my window, as that appeared to be the problem. He has yet to do so. Very personable; was satisfied with the first visit, but within days the same problem reoccured. Perhaps the rubber rather than the electric part that was replaced was the original problem? Anyway, not satisfied- YET. Godwin you need to make this right.
