This was the first time using this service and it was very easy. Doug arrived on time and I met him in my office parking lot. So much more convenient than driving to the dealer or dropping my car off at a mechanics shop. Doug is highly competent and I wouldn't hesitate using him again.
I was very skeptical about using a mechanic from an online website I've never heard before. Being new to California and not knowing anybody to recommend a reliable/honest mechanic, I decided to give it a try. I am very happy with my decision. Chris called my to let me know he was available to come early. He wasted no time and started working on the car right away. He is very knowledgeable, professional and great in explaining everything. I would definitely recommend Chris and this company.
