professional, knew what he was doing, got it done!
Great guy always shows up to his appointment
He seemed very knowledgeable and got right to diagnosing the problem. He also checked all fluids and did basic "check-up" on engine. When finished, he explained to me what he found as the problem and gave me my options. I was impressed that there was no "hard sell" involved; he just gave me my options.
