Chris was exceptional!!! I wanted my oil changed and brake pads replaced before I went on a 900 mile plus road trip. Estimate was $200, Chris changed the oil and told me my pads were at 60 percent and did not need to be replaced. Final total was $20! Chris even took the time to explain when I should get the pads replaced, when I need to get my next service and did not try to sell me further services. Chris's honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service have made me a customer for life. Never again a dealership or shady car repair guy trying to rip me off for basic services, especially when I can get by for awhile safely. This approach to customer service and convenience of coming to my home, made this an EXCEPTIONAL experience! Thank you Very much Chris For anyone having a doubt about this service, rest assured Chris is the real deal.
