Carlos was great, communicative and honest.
Although cordial, Carlos misdiagnosed my car, saying that the problem that I originally booked the appointment for was incorrect, and that I did not need to change the part I originally thought. I waited two weeks to book Carlos again and immediately after he fixed the new part he recommended, he told me that the sound was coming from the part that I booked the original appointment for two weeks prior. I expressed my frustration since I could have fixed that two weeks before when he told me that I didn't need to change the part and ended up spending $80 on an inspection that I did not want. Told me to contact company who has been AWFUL. Took me forever to explain to them that I spent an unnecessary $80, then when the person finally understood, told me that the price to fix my original problem has increased (for reasons he couldn't explain) other than saying that the actual parts went up in price, currently costing $90, when they originally and CURRENTLY (according to a quick google search) cost $37. THIS SERVICE IS NOT WORTH IT. My car is still swaying side to side and making loud noises while driving. And I'm out of over $200, and they want me to pay $90 over parts I know cost $37 on the basis that they're doing me a favor by decreasing the total cost by $80, which is money that I ALREDY SPENT. Worst experience ever.
