My primary concern was to gain information about what triggered the check engine light to turn on and determine the next steps. Juan communicated very well what the problem may be and what my car may need. He was very straightforward about limitations, and answered my questions in a direct, non-patronizing way that made me feel very comfortable. In his professionalism I sensed honesty that any layperson like me surely appreciates.
