he was on time, all prepared and ready. he seemed to have much experience, which let him get the job done much faster than what was said. he was very kind to answer all my questions. i wish i knew him earlier so i didn't have to waste my time shopping around different car repair shops. i am 100% satisfied with his work and manner.
