Excellent service, knowledgeable, and professional.
I found Your Mechanic after my SUV broke down at home, after doing an internet search for a mobile mechanic, since I did not want to spend about $50 to $100 to have my SUV towed to a local mechanic. After reading some of the online reviews about Your Mechanic, I decided to give them a try. Kevin the mechanic that came out to my home was a very nice, professional, personable, friendly man that seemed to know his stuff. I was shocked and amazed that it took Kevin only a few minutes to diagnose the problem that I needed a new part at a very reasonable price. When Kevin returned with the new part, it took him only a few minutes to install it and he was done. Overall, I found the customer service at Your Mechanic outstanding with no complaints or recommendations for improvement. The nicest thing I can say about Kevin the mechanic is, he treated me and talked to me like a good close friend that knew EVERYTHING about cars . . . which I greatly appreciated! I plan to recommend Your Mechanic to all of my family and friends, and I hope that they get Kevin when they call for help.
