Darnell was very professional, friendly, and he clearly communicated all the important information so I knew what was happening with my repair.
Ricardo was incredibly familiar with the used car I was looking to purchase (a Jeep Wrangler). His inspection was thorough and I feel confident his report caught anything I should be aware of. I really appreciate the time he spent answering my questions and taking the car on a test drive. Great guy to talk to, would highly recommend! Props to also being on time, especially in a city as unpredictable as LA.
