Thomas was nice and the wipers worked....at least for one day. Living in the desert it doesn't rain much, but now with monsoon season coming my wipers are completely broken and moving whatsoever. Dealing with mymechanic.com has become a nightmare. I have been trying to schedule a warranty appointment to inspect and replace the parts for two weeks. They have insisted that a different mechanic work on my car, perhaps because my zip code is no longer eligible? I am confused and without a car with working windshield wipers :-(
