Professional, knows his stuff and very thorough in what he does.
Firstable he showed 40 min. Late he has a bad attitude and disrespectful, he took 4 pictures and he didn't jack the car up to see underneath, but I insisted and finally agreed to do it, we are the customer and we deserve good service and respect. Strongly believe than you guys should not charge me anything for doing nothing, willing to work with you if you take this complain seriously. Respectfully expect an answer for you attend.
