Steven was GREAT! On time and with a smile and did the work in a timely manner. He was patient with my older mini van that has its quirks! It's been difficult to find a mechanic who doesn't treat me like I'm a dumb female! I am super satisfied with this experience and have told others already. I will be using Your Mechanic again!!
Troy was on time (early). He is extremely nice and polite. I have some knowledge of cars so I know the advice and suggestions were not above the needed requirements. Troy is honest and gets the work done in a timely manner. He explains things so they are understood and make sense. I will be using Troy again, since my 17 yr old can with high mileage needs lots of tlc!!!
