Like other reviews, my car 2013 XF Jaguar, is dead because of faulty installation. I'm sorry to leave negative for anyone during these hard times but after installation of new water pump a week later the coolant dumped out completely and car overheated Mr. Ditoro came in his Van with a passenger, assuming his wife waiting impatiently in the car. He was very nice but now my car is dead and YourMechanic, com is not taking any responsibility. Your Mechanic .com is trying to blame the issue to before installation that makes no sense. I will take legal action if the issue is not fixed and if anyone else has had this issue please contact me I'm considering a class action law suit if necessary. I will also be contacting every news media so that every one else is warned about the damaging job this company causes to your precious vehicle and triss to blame you and take no responsibility.
