Fixed our right rear window regulator but messed up or broke the "Right Rear Door Ajar" sensor. The warning won't go of so we can't access any of the cars electronic information. Yet somehow he supposedly performed a 50 point inspection but didn't notice the warning. If he had started the car there's no way he could have missed the warning. Then the customer service rep Deuell tells me that he'll have an inspector come out but I'll be charged $80 if the problem isn't related to their service. So the all the inspector has to say is that the messed up sensor isn't related to their work and I'll be charged $80. Yet the sensor was working fine before the work was done. If you don't accept their terms you're out of luck. That's the definition of A SCAM, they do some work but mess up something else and leave the customer no good choices.
