Steve was awesome. I made the appointment for my friend Oscar and he was immediately impressed. Steve was knowledgeable, patient and was a great consultant/professional. Definitely left his impression.
Steve was professional and helpful. My only disappointment with the service in general is that Its hard to diagnose an isue just by looking at a car and/or driving it. No equipment was used and I suppose it’s hard to make that available when someone comes to the house, but it makes for an incomplete evaluation. Steve was great though.
Hello yes I'm very unsatisfied with the experience I had cuz nothing was resolved and I felt like I just got posted cuz my car still didn't drive my point was to resolve the problem not to waste money and keep buying parts and it wasn't the problem so my car at the present moment is at the BMW service center getting repair I will not be using your company again thank you very much and have a great weekend
