Super prompt, super polite, gave great explanation regarding the problem and showed me the broken part. He gave a great " first time experience", and I will recommend and use this site again!
He is really friendly and felt comfortable when he was fixing it. But the actual issue was not solved.
Mason is so friendly and tried to find the problem and fix it. But lot of trouble in understanding Yourmechanic policies and terms.
