very personable and knowledgeable. Got right to work and didn't have a problem with letting me see how it all goes together.
Did the repair as requested and quoted. Did find a few additional issues, and fixed those as well but great communication throughout.
He was very professional and detailed in what he checked, what he found, and what I need to address.
