I forgot that Scott had been here before. He was on time and is someone I trust. He also turns out to be my neighbor. I will be asking for him again!!
He was great came before the apt time and was done within an 1 1/2 hrs!
Scott arrived early. He was very pleasant and I felt safe in his knowledge of my car. He explained everything to me and even took the car on a test drive which I appreciated.
