Early, professional/knowledgeable and efficient - overall a great experience!
James was pleasant to work with and able to complete the job within the estimated time. At first I was not sure the job could be completed without a particular part that did not arrive in time for James to pick up, but he was patient, assessed the situation, and was able to find the part I thought was lost for good. His positive attitude was a plus.
