Was on time, quick and super friendly. Would absolutely request him next time my car needs something!
Arrived a little bit early and finished in under an hour. Charles thoroughly test the vehicle to make sure it worked as expected. I could not have asked for more.
Alex is a first rate mechanic and an honest businessman. He accurately diagnosed the problem with my Tahoe and suggested a solution what was fair and reasonable. He did not try to "over sell" me. My problem has been solved and I have complete confidence in the work Alex performed. We was polite, efficient and on time. I highly recommend him.
With sleeping kids, spouse, and dogs in the house, I really appreciated that with a 7:45AM appointment on a Monday morning, Luke texted & called when he arrived instead of knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. His evaluation of the problem was pretty quick, his explanation of the problem was clear and confident, and his plan and scheduling of the eventual repair is exactly what we needed.
James was terrific. I noticed by text alert that he was in the area before my appointment time, so called to see if he could take care of the repair earlier than scheduled. He did, which helped us both get on with the rest of our Saturday. His demeanor is friendly, his knowledge and experience was very comforting (he was performing the very first repair on my wife's newly purchased vehicle). James knocked the job outta the park. I'll certainly use this service again and request that James be the tech sent, if at all possible.
