Very quick and has a kind demeanor
I never use theses type services for the very reason i am disappointed in your company. First of all why bother to have the customer select what part he/she may need if your "mechanics" are going to ignore that and tell you that they need to do a diagnostic check anyway and charge you for that?! After Charles did the diagnostic check and told me what I needed (Battery terminals), he couldn't do the work that same day. He wanted me to set up another appointed. And he charged me $85 to tell me that! He was coming back the next evening to install the terminals for $100.11!!! Seriously?! I cancelled that appointment went over to Advanced Auto Parts bought 2 battery terminals for $15 and the guy there put them on for me FREE! He also told me that I needed a new battery, which Charles told me I did not need!! The Advanced guy also told me 2 other issues my car had, which YOUR so called "mechanic" MISSED on his diagnostic check!! You or your "mechanics" are ripping the customer off. And I'm going to make sure that everyone I know DOES NOT USE YOUR SERVICES! You owe me money!
