Charles contacted me as my originally scheduled mechanic was out of town, THE DAY OF, my appointment that he was going to reschedule. After Rescheduling, he showed up 30 minutes before scheduled time, waited till 15 minutes before scheduled Time and Sent a text about me "not wanting my car fixed bad enough", and drove off. This car is not my normal transportation so i brought it 1hr 15 minutes into work today to have this service performed, for the SECOND TIME THIS WEEK, it was Not completed. This might very well be my last dealings with Your Mechanic. Has not responded Since.
