It was very easy. He showed up earlier then scheduled so that was a plus. Very friend and explained everything to me.
Luke arrived on time. He let me know what was wrong with my car. He let me know my options and the costs, so I can plan for it.
He was courteous and knowledgeable. He advised me about what was wrong and told me what his suggestion would be.
