Excellent work and great person to work with. We had to change belt tensioner and belt. This gentleman did nice job and quick.
I am very impressed with Phillip. He really seems to know his stuff. He explains things in a way that I can understand and keeps me informed of what actions he needs to take in repairing my vehicle. I've used Phillip before and when I contact YourMechanic, I will ask for Phillip to be assigned to my work order.
This is the second time I have used YourMechanic and I specifically requested Phillip because he did a great job replacing a window motor on my Honda a few months ago. As I expected he did a great job again this time. He's very knowledgeable and keeps me informed of what he's doing and any additional problems he uncovers. But, there's no high pressure to perform other services. I love the convenience of this service and have recommended it to my friends and family. Now, I encourage them to ask for Phillip specifically.
