Parts did not arrive till 3 days later. 3 reschedules. Then mechanic still showed up with the wrong part. If I had not ordered a part of my own repair still would have been delayed at least another 3 to 5 days. TOO MANY DELAYS. Likely the part issue is not his fault as he stated the company orders parts. Mechanic overlooked tightening a motor mount bolt. Only 3/4 threaded from bracket to engine. This could have created hazards and damage to new mount. We discussed and he was very apologetic, however, had I not noticed and been mechanically inclined myself, as stated, this oversight could have been damaging. I felt so uncomfortable that I retightened all bolts myself. Mechanic is very polite and courteous and I am sure he will double check his work from this point on. Chalk it up as a (Learning curve).
