He arrived early and figured out the problem within 20 minutes!!! He was very professional and a people person. I'm glad he was the one I met because I will return for further mechanic needs with John as my mechanic.
After he had diagnosed the problem, we asked him if he would remove the airbag to show us exactly what the malfunctioning part was. He did not have to do this. We were very glad he did as we would probably never been able to get to the part otherwise
He was very efficient .I usually did my own mechanic work, but I could not figure out how to replace the starter on my 2006 GMC Canyon. It looked like an impossible task without removing half the engine. He was able to get it out and replaced without removing anything but a tire. Very impressed! He also took care of a problem I did not know I had.
