I highly recommend Martin. Martin was very knowledgeable of the problem with my 2001 S-Type Jaguar. My repairs were done and he kept me informed of everything. I give him 5 stars because he was on time, polite , and repairs done in a timely manner. Thanks Martin!
Got an oil change and tire rotation on 6/14. Didn't use the vehicle until today when I was going out of town. When I hit 45 mph, it sounded like I had gotten a flat. I pulled over to check and no flat. I look under the car and it's the bottom cover hanging which was making the noise as it was scratching the street. I called them and they sent another mechanic who fixed it. He said that there were screws missing and the main bolt, which obviously, Christopher did a piss poor job and didn't secure it. I was supposed to drive the car out of town, but had to get a rental because of the lousy/sloppy job he did. The new technician, Roberto, fixed it and was the one who told me about the 3 bolts missing.
