Joseph asked if I could reschedule my appointment earlier. He was on time. I explained my problem and after a few detailed questions, found the problem. He happen to have the part I needed and was able to resolve the problem ipretty quickly. He was very knowledgeable and his professional attitude made me comfortable with my limited knowledge of cars. The service I received was the best. If I'd taken it to the dealers, I would still be waiting for a quote. Thanks Joseph. I will use this service again and again.
