Diagnosed the problem and fixed. I had previously taken to Lexus dealer for diagnosis and repair. They came up with several items of which none ended up being the problem. Chris got the parts on Sunday and fixed in a couple of hours.
Eduardo showed up 5 minutes early. He let me know as soon as he pulled up to my drive way. He was very nice and professional. His maintenance van and his appearance were very clean. My driver's side car door wouldn't open from the inside. He was able to repair the door in about 15 minutes. He completed his 50 point inspection as well. It was nice for peace of mind. He was in and out in under 30 minutes. I will definitely call him again if I have any other car issues!
He contacted me to come earlier than the appointed time, which was great because I had errands to do. He fixed the original problem, which was the alternator. He worked fast. Upon completion, he found a secondary problem. He gave me the option to add it on or not. He also cleaned up after himself, wiping down his work area and the driver's seat. Made sure I started the car so I could see it was in working condition. Joseph was such a professional and made me feel at ease. The whole mobile mechanic process was easy and hassle-free. My sister wanted to know if it she should try it, and I told her yes!! Even my co-workers were interested in my experience, and I gave them a great review, and Joseph's card. I had a good experience and will use them again in the future. Thanks Joseph!
