Carlos is an asset to your company, it took a couple of trips to diagnose the issue with my truck but he was helpful and explained everything he was doing. i know my truck was just fixed and something could go wrong, i would even rank him highly in that situation. He's very down to earth and easy to talk to. Great job getting his talent for your company. i want him to be the one that comes out anytime i use Your mechanic.
