Carlos did a great job! He took his time and made sure the work was done right. He was happy to show me what he was doing and explain the repairs when I had questions. I will definitely be recommending Carlos to any friends that need a mechanic!
Carlos arrives on-tie for all appointments I have booked. Carlos also diagnosis the issue at hand quickly and explains all of your options. The knowledge and expertise that Carlos brings to the customers home or business is the reason why his service appointments get booked quickly.
Carlos is very professional and punctual on this appointment and a previous appointment. Carlos worked very hard to complete a service appointment that spanned extra time due to inclement weather. My paid price for all services was much better that quoted and expected. It can be very difficult to find good quality professional and certified mechanics in the DFW area. I will contact Carlos Miller again for additional repairs on my 2002 Isuzu Trooper.
Carlos was very professional during the service call and explained action items well. It was unfortunate that my original service request for an Evap Leak was not resolved. Carlos arrived with a part for the Isuzu Trooper that was for my original service request online. I need an accurate quote for the part that will fix my small Evap leak trouble and eventually get the vehicle ready for inspection after significant drive time I do understand.
