Thomas did an awesome job. We needed a lot of work done on our car. More that 10 hours later, it's running as good as new.
It was an obvious warranty issue. Thomas did correct it but it was documented the upper radiator hose needed replaced because it was leaking. It was leaking because it wasn’t snugged down tight enough after he replaced the thermostat. Imagine me being a plumber. I coke to your house to replace a kitchen faucet. I do the work and leave. You call saying the faucet is leaking. You assume it’s under the warranty. I show up and tell you it’s not covered because it’s where the line attaches to the faucet. It’s the same thing. You’d be upset too. So I’m scammed out of $109.00 inspection fee with probably a California based business that has no actual shop to take it to. Hmmm!
