Jacob was very detailed about what he was going to do, he also allowed me to see the parts which made me feel good about the services. He was prompt and courteous. I am very satisfied with the services Jacob provied me and assured me if there is any problems he and the company would stand behind the warranty. I will be using the services again.
Jacob arrived a few min early and was great esp knowledge of old Betsy, my 1993 Truck. He took all the time to drive it and see what it was doing wrong and did everything possible to ease the problem if it isn't the transmission. Jacob was very personable and professional too, a great combo in a young person. I will be booking with him in the future.
