Alex was amazing. He kept me up to date through out and told me exactly what he was doing and what to expect.
Jacob was extremely professional diagnosing my vehicle for a car window that wasn't working. He was diligent in evaluating possibilities, systematics, probing, etc. until he found the solution. The car window is now working thanks to his resolve in not giving up. He's someone I would have full faith in to problem solve my car in the future. I recommend your service and those you hire. I couldn't be more satisfied.
