Timothy texted and asked if he could come early and showed up when he said he would be here. He got the job done quickly and professionally. Excellent. Will ask for Timothy every time!
We thought my wife's car needed a new alternator. She requested a mechanic come out and replace it. I took the day off work so that I could be there and talk to the mechanic when he arrived. Joseph showed up and replaced the alternator without so much as knocking on the door to let us know he was there. WTF!!!!! I wasn't sure if we even needed a new alternator but since he literally had done the work before letting us know he was there, I didn't have a chance to tell him what the car was doing....He replaced the alternator and then told me there was nothing wrong with the old one......He gave me his card and said that I should call him in the future if I didn't want to just replace parts for no reason....I thought that was why I had called a mechanic in the first place. Then he took the old alternator, that was apparently still fine and left. So basically we just had $400 worth of work for no reason and the guy who performed the work, knew all along that he shouldn't have been doing it. I've been calling "YourMechanic" multiple times but no one seems willing or able to help. This whole thing seems like big rip off. We were literally robbed.... Stay away from Joseph!
