Henry was very professional, polite, and a pleasure to have servicing our car. He did a very thorough inspection and explained to me what the results were. If the world of mechincas had more people like Henry I wouldn't be afraid anytime my car gives me trouble. Thank you Henry!
Good Mechanic Just Need To Be Mor Knowledgeable
I booked two oil changes one for an Audi A5 and one for a BMW for 28 I. He said he would be at my house at 7:30 PM he didn’t show up until 830 therefore he was out in the dark trying to change the oil. He did not have the needed tools to change the oil in the BMW but he did manage to change the oil in the Audi. I thought it was very unprofessional that if he’s going out to do an oil change on a certain type of car he definitely should do his homework and make sure he’s going to have all the tools required. Now I have to take time from work to go get my oil change somewhere else.
